The British Golf Industry Association (BGIA) has congratulated member Acushnet on being named Brand of the Year at the 2025 Women in Golf Awards.
The award recognises Acushnet – home to leading brands Titleist and FootJoy – for its continued commitment to supporting women and girls across the golf industry. The award celebrates organisations that are making a meaningful contribution to diversity and inclusion in the game.
As well as being signatories of the R&A’s Women in Golf Charter, Acushnet has invested in leadership development for female associates, initiatives to attract and celebrate women within its workforce and the creation of welcoming opportunities and events for women golfers.
Martin Wild, Chair of the BGIA, said:
“Congratulations to everyone at Acushnet on this thoroughly deserved recognition. Their long-term commitment to supporting women at every level of the game sets a great example for the wider industry. We were also delighted to once again support the Women in Golf Awards as a sponsor and to celebrate the fantastic organisations and individuals driving positive change in our sport.”
The BGIA continues to support initiatives that help make golf more inclusive, accessible and representative, and applauds Acushnet for its leadership in this important area.
